Provide strategic human resources guidance to clinical leadership teams to align workforce planning with organizational objectives.
Partner with management to design and implement solutions that resolve complex employee relations matters within clinical departments.

Facilitate conflict resolution processes between clinical staff and management to maintain a productive care environment.
Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle for clinical staff in collaboration with department leaders.
Administer clinical compensation adjustments and bonus structures in coordination with payroll and HR operations teams.
Serve as the primary liaison for workplace accommodation requests, coordinating between clinical leadership and HR operations.
Conduct comprehensive exit interviews to analyze turnover patterns and develop retention strategies for clinical personnel.
Track and maintain accurate clinical employee documentation to ensure compliance and support talent management initiatives.
Collaborate with learning and development partners to enhance the new hire experience for clinical staff through targeted onboarding programs.
Support the implementation of organizational changes that affect clinical teams during periods of growth and transformation.
Champion human resources policies and procedures that promote an engaging and sustainable work environment for clinicians.
Gather and interpret feedback from clinical staff to inform improvements in employee relations and operational processes.
Act as a subject matter expert on clinical HR matters, providing consultation and training to clinical leaders.

Requirements
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a closely related field.
You bring a minimum of 3 years of progressive human resources experience focused on business partnership within growing organizations.
You possess prior experience working within the healthcare industry, which is considered a significant advantage for this position.

This position is based in a remote location, requiring self-directed work habits and strong virtual communication skills.
