What you'll do

Requirements

You bring a minimum of three years of field organizing, community outreach, or public leadership experience within the United States, demonstrating a proven track record of engagement.

You live in Nevada or can relocate there, and you will work primarily from the designated regional hub while engaging communities statewide as needed.

You are legally authorized to work in this country without requiring sponsorship for this role, ensuring compliance with our employment policies.

You manage shifting priorities with flexibility, maintaining accuracy, thoroughness, and unwavering follow through across a range of complex assignments and timelines.
