What you'll do
- Collaborate with volunteers and local activists to engage in door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and organizing community events that align with state policy objectives.
- Support local staff in planning and executing educational rallies and various grassroots initiatives to raise awareness and drive participation.
- Cultivate and oversee a network of local activists, ensuring alignment with the team's strategic goals and objectives.
- Implement special projects as assigned by the state team to bolster core policy priorities and enhance community engagement.
- Oversee the distribution and logistics of canvassing materials and outreach literature to ensure effective communication and outreach efforts.
- Provide comprehensive operational support for grassroots campaigns, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Engage with community members to gather feedback and insights that can inform policy advocacy efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and support for initiatives.
- Track and report on campaign progress, providing updates to the state team and suggesting improvements based on community feedback.
