What you'll do
Identify and strengthen community leadership in Green Bay while inspiring advocates to take meaningful action on public policy issues.
Connect local leaders to LIBRE training and resources so they can effectively advance policy goals and build their organizing capacity.
Organize public engagement events through calls, social media, and neighborhood conversations to educate people on critical policy issues.
Maintain regular communication with activists to ensure they remain motivated, informed, and active in their roles and responsibilities.
Work flexible evenings and weekends to support priority initiatives and endorsed candidates that require focused attention.
Hire, coach, and hold team members accountable to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational objectives.
Build strategic relationships with stakeholders to create a collaborative environment for advancing policy solutions.

Requirements
