About the role
You will act as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple verticals, building trusted relationships and driving strategic partnerships. You will design and implement unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform to meet specific business and marketing objectives. This role requires you to ensure client campaigns are consistently successful by providing in-depth regular reporting on performance against goals and delivering strategic solutions and optimizations. You will leverage your RTB and programmatic media buying experience to set up, traffic, and optimize advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including managing third-party tag implementation and pixel creation or troubleshooting. You will actively participate in identifying upselling opportunities and improving internal services by developing tools, procedures, and reports aimed at increasing efficiency and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide strategic thought leadership by acting as a strategic advisor to clients and optimizing campaigns based on ongoing performance analysis.

- Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, performance metrics, and strategic optimizations.
- Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including managing third-party tag implementation and pixel creation or troubleshooting.
- Participate in the identification of upselling opportunities and contribute to the development of tools, procedures, and reports aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
- Optimize campaigns continuously and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance on a regular and structured basis.
- Lead in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training or education sessions for clients and stakeholders.
- Provide Strategic Thought Leadership by acting as a strategic advisor to your clients, offering insights and guidance on campaign execution.
- Travel up to 20% of time to support client needs, regional meetings, and on-site engagements as required.
Requirements
- Possess 3+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding or programmatic expertise, specifically within DSPs or Ad Networks.
- Demonstrate experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads, or executed campaigns through a DSP as a self-serve user.
- Show proven success in managing client relationships and delivering consistent service excellence to internal and external stakeholders.
- Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue through strategic account management and proactive engagement.
- Exhibit the ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge to diverse audiences.
- Display familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends, ideas, and innovations shaping the programmatic landscape.
- Have experience working with complex databases, which is considered a plus for handling large-scale campaign data.
- Commit to working within the regional constraints of Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin as primary locations.
- Align with StackAdapt's remote-first company philosophy while engaging professionally in a distributed team environment.
- Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills for both written and verbal interactions with clients and cross-functional teams.
