What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals, managing expectations and communications.
- Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform, tailoring configurations to meet specific audience and performance objectives.
- Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, delivering insights, and proposing strategic solutions and optimizations to meet identified KPIs.
- Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation, as well as ongoing troubleshooting of tracking and delivery issues.
- Participate in the identification of upselling opportunities, proactively identifying needs that can be addressed through expanded services or platform features.
- Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance on a regular basis, interpreting data to drive iterative improvements.
- Provide Strategic Thought Leadership, acting as a strategic advisor to your clients by aligning platform capabilities with broader business goals and industry trends.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training/education sessions to ensure stakeholders understand platform functionality and performance.
- Travel up to 20% of time to engage with clients, attend industry events, or support in-person strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and cross-functional departments to resolve complex issues and streamline campaign workflows.
- Monitor marketplace trends and platform updates to ensure recommendations remain current and compliant with industry standards.
- Document processes, outcomes, and learnings to build a repository of best practices that can be leveraged across the client base.
- Guide clients through major lifecycle transitions, such as campaign scaling, creative refreshes, and objective shifts.
- Translate high-level business goals into specific platform configurations, ensuring that measurement frameworks support accurate attribution and reporting.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network), demonstrating a sustained track record in the field.
- Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads, or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user, showing familiarity with major advertising interfaces.
- Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence, with examples of maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue, showing an intrinsic motivation to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities.
- The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas, staying informed through continuous professional development and industry resources.
- Experience working with complex databases is a plus, particularly in the context of exporting, querying, or interpreting campaign data.
- Comfort operating within remote-first or hybrid work environments, with strong self-direction and communication discipline.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of time for client meetings, industry events, and strategic offsite engagements.
