SpotHero is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to join our Canada team with a specific focus on expanding our parking supply portfolio through strategic partnerships. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for major partners, balancing new acquisition with the deep optimization of existing locations. The position requires a consultative approach where you analyze complex market dynamics to drive sustainable revenue growth. You will leverage data and industry insight to build business cases that justify strategic investments in our network. Success in this role means becoming the primary trusted advisor for key accounts within the parking ecosystem. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans that align with both partner goals and SpotHero's strategic priorities. The role demands a high level of ownership over performance metrics and the ability to pivot strategies based on market feedback. Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring our partners view SpotHero as an indispensable ally in maximizing their asset utilization and profitability.

What you'll do
- Analyze and optimize parking supply across multiple major markets to identify underperforming assets and growth opportunities.
- Develop and nurture long-term industry relationships that are built on trust, transparency, and mutual business value.
- Lead prospective and existing clients through the sales process using commercial insights to tailor solutions to their specific operational challenges.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets by designing strategic account plans that align with seasonal demand and market trends.
- Collaborate with Field Operations to ensure smooth partner operations and address any execution gaps that may impact performance.
- Onboard and train new clients on account management tools to ensure they can fully leverage the platform's capabilities from day one.
- Host regular business reviews and check-ins with partners to review performance, discuss market shifts, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Attend industry conferences and social events to build brand awareness and establish SpotHero as a thought leader in the urban mobility space.
- Mentor junior team members and work with Region Managers on process improvements to elevate the overall performance of the growth function.
- Maintain data integrity and security for all partner information to ensure compliance and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required for this position.
- Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience in sales and account management within a relevant B2B environment.
- You must demonstrate a proven ability to understand client needs through consultative selling techniques.
- Strong networking skills are essential, coupled with the ability to travel for in-person meetings to build rapport with partners.
- The role requires the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining high productivity and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities are necessary to guide junior colleagues and foster team development.
- You must be legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring visa sponsorship from the employer.
- A solid understanding of sales metrics and the ability to interpret data to refine strategies and justify investments is mandatory.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to articulate value propositions to executive stakeholders.
- Reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving are expected to ensure continuity in client relationships and operational execution.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, to manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
