About the role

Requirements
- Possess over 5 years of experience in production, filmmaking, or digital content creation, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling abilities that demonstrate range and depth.
- Demonstrate experience producing long form content specifically for YouTube, with a solid grasp of pacing, viewer retention, and audience engagement strategies that have been validated through performance.
- Exhibit a clear perspective on storytelling, with the capacity to make technical or intricate topics accessible and engaging without sacrificing nuance or depth.
- Have prior experience working with creative or technical professional groups, such as designers, developers, or product teams, navigating collaborative workflows with professionalism.
- Proven ability to manage the entire creative production process, from initial ideation through scripting, filming, editing, and final output, while maintaining quality standards.
