This position sits at the intersection of strategic marketing and high‑volume content creation, owning the full end‑to‑end production of YouTube programming that supports demand generation and brand growth for Snowball and its client partners. You will translate complex financial and entrepreneurial concepts into compelling, accessible video narratives that resonate with a broad audience while reinforcing the community's mission of connecting capital with Mexican founders. The role requires you to act as both a creative storyteller and an operational lead, coordinating tightly with Snowball's internal team and the client's marketing and content organization to ensure consistent messaging and on‑time delivery. You will be responsible for conceiving, producing, and optimizing a high‑quality YouTube series that scales over time, using data and experimentation to continuously improve performance. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to manage multiple production streams, maintain rigorous quality standards, and drive measurable engagement and pipeline outcomes through video. You will own the creative vision, execution quality, and analytical review of each video, ensuring that storytelling, pacing, and packaging align with platform best practices and audience expectations. What you'll do
Develop and execute a YouTube content strategy that aligns with Snowball's marketing objectives and the client's growth goals, defining themes, formats, and editorial directions.
Interpret technical and complex financial subjects and transform them into engaging, accessible, and entertaining video stories for a broad audience.
Partner with Snowball's internal organization and the client's marketing and content teams to translate business priorities into clear video briefs and production schedules.
Manage the end‑to‑end production workflow for YouTube, overseeing scripting, filming, editing, thumbnails, titles, and metadata from concept to publish.
Apply deep knowledge of YouTube storytelling, packaging, pacing, and audience behavior to maximize watch time, retention, and click‑through rate.
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration, aligning creative work with product, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
Own project and timeline management for multiple concurrent video initiatives, using systems and processes to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Design and iterate on video experiments, using performance data to refine hooks, formats, and calls to action for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain a strong production pipeline, ensuring consistent quality and efficient throughput across the series and any related content extensions.
Represent the Snowball brand with professionalism and clarity in all video outputs, ensuring each piece reinforces trust, transparency, and community values.
Work closely with analytics partners to define success metrics, track performance, and surface insights that inform future content decisions.
Champion a test‑and‑learn mindset, iterating on creative and production approaches based on results and emerging platform trends.
Support the documentation of production processes and best practices to enable scaling and delegation as the video program grows.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating progress throughout each production cycle.
Contribute to the broader content strategy by identifying opportunities to repurpose video assets across channels and formats.
Requirements
You bring 5+ years of video production, filmmaking, or content creation experience, demonstrated through a strong portfolio focused on YouTube. Proven experience producing for established channels and scaling ongoing content programs is required.
You have a track record of turning technical or complex subjects into engaging, accessible, and entertaining content for broad audiences.
Deep understanding of YouTube storytelling, packaging, pacing, and audience behavior guides your work and your decision‑making.
You are highly organized and able to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
