What you'll do

• Orchestrate detailed schedules and allocate resources to ensure crews maintain a consistent and efficient workflow on every project.
• Design phased workflows capable of balancing strict budgets against specific client expectations while adhering to demanding timelines.
• Coordinate with various trade partners to uphold stringent safety and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Track change orders and all related documentation meticulously as project conditions evolve, ensuring financial accuracy.
• Manage crews through complex site constraints, particularly in busy urban districts, to minimize disruptions and maintain progress.
• Partner with estimators to refine project scopes before active work begins, serving as a critical preventative measure against scope creep.
• Communicate project status to senior leadership through clear and concise summaries that highlight risks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain organized project records that provide valuable data for future bidding efforts, ensuring institutional knowledge is preserved.

Requirements

The candidate must possess a minimum of three years of experience managing commercial interior projects to ensure readiness for the complexities of this role. Specific technical proficiency with Procore and BIM 360 is mandatory for this position, as these platforms are integral to managing project data and workflows.
