Communication with executive sponsors is handled through concise reports. These reports highlight current project risks and key decisions requiring review. The role includes managing the entire permit process and inspection scheduling. This function aims to keep regulatory approvals moving with maximum efficiency. Finally, the manager tests completed systems alongside operations teams. This step confirms that equipment and layout configurations meet the intended use requirements. The role also involves supporting partner organizations during occupancy transitions. This support ensures smooth handover and successful adoption of the space.
