What you'll do
Conduct in-depth analysis of hotel performance data to identify revenue optimization opportunities and translate insights into compelling commercial narratives.
Lead consultative discovery sessions with hotel stakeholders to uncover strategic priorities, operational constraints, and growth aspirations.
Develop tailored value propositions that clearly articulate how the DR+ platform addresses specific revenue challenges and supports long-term profitability goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to design demonstration scenarios that highlight platform features relevant to different hotel segments and market conditions.
Utilize Salesforce to maintain meticulous records of client interactions, track progression through the sales pipeline, and forecast revenue outcomes accurately.
Present data-driven recommendations and platform capabilities in a confident, persuasive manner to senior decision-makers within target accounts.
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key personnel across hotel properties, ensuring consistent engagement and trust over time.
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to refine sales messaging and ensure the DR+ platform remains the preferred solution for revenue management needs.
Guide clients through the implementation and adoption process, addressing questions and optimizing workflows to maximize platform utilization.
Own key performance indicators related to consultative sales activities, including discovery depth, solution alignment, and successful conversion rates.
Leverage B2B sales methodologies to structure conversations, manage stakeholder maps, and progress opportunities through defined sales stages effectively.
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic questions regarding revenue optimization, positioning the platform as a core component of the hotel's tech stack.
Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to resolve complex queries, ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and actionable advice.
Continuously refine communication styles and presentation techniques based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving best practices within the sales organization.
Requirements

You must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, aligning with the hybrid work model that requires three days per week in the office.
You must be fluent in German, as this language capability is critical for engaging with specific client segments and contributing to regional growth objectives.
