Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations that demonstrate the platform's capabilities and differentiate us from legacy competitors in the market.
Establish and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities that feed the broader sales strategy.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay critical client feedback, helping to shape future iterations of the platform based on real-world usage.
Negotiate contract terms and service level agreements to secure outcomes that protect company margins while offering exceptional value to the client.
Develop and execute account plans that outline growth strategies for existing clients, focusing on expansion, upsells, and long-term retention.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to your sales portfolio, using data to refine tactics and prove the impact of your solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to hotel management, providing ongoing strategic guidance on distribution, pricing, and direct booking initiatives.
Represent SiteMinder at industry events and conferences, building the brand's reputation as a thought leader in the travel technology sector.
Mentor junior team members on best practices for outreach, qualification, and closing techniques, elevating the collective capability of the sales organization.
Champion the adoption of CRM disciplines, ensuring that all client interactions are meticulously logged to maintain visibility and continuity.
Navigate the complexities of the procurement process, addressing objections with patience and professionalism to keep deals moving forward.
Build a network of referral partners and industry contacts, leveraging these relationships to generate warm introductions and new business leads.
Maintain a meticulous understanding of the competitive landscape, articulating our unique value proposition with clarity and conviction to every prospect.

Requirements
You possess a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least five years of experience in a target-driven environment.
You hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational knowledge of commercial principles.
You are fluent in German at a C2 level, with the ability to write, speak, and negotiate with the utmost precision and professionalism.
You exhibit strong professional English communication skills, capable of drafting complex correspondence and delivering presentations with ease.
You have a confident and engaging telephone presence, able to build rapport quickly and maintain composure during high-stakes conversations.
You are exceptionally organized, with the capacity to manage a high volume of leads and follow-ups without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
You are self-motivated and disciplined, with a history of exceeding quotas and driving consistent revenue growth over multiple quarters.
You are resilient in the face of rejection, viewing obstacles as opportunities to learn and refine your approach to selling.
