What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their professional development and performance.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure integration of engineering solutions into manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement engineering best practices, methodologies, and standards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across projects.

• Manage budgets and resource allocation for engineering projects, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and materials.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the engineering team, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management or a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles, with the ability to apply them effectively in a practical setting.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
