What you'll do
- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential clients in the LATAM market through research and outreach.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales activities.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly, fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support or a similar role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of the LATAM market and cultural nuances that influence business practices.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
