Significance Inc. presents a specialized opportunity for a DIA Real Property Accountable Officer. This position is integral to supporting a federal program, pending the receipt of a formal award. The role is based exclusively at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC. Candidates for this position must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance. Our firm is dedicated to delivering mission-critical support to Defense Intelligence Agency initiatives.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive financial and project management oversight. This support is designed to enhance the operational readiness and effectiveness of DIA missions. Key duties will involve detailed budget analysis and rigorous program oversight. The role requires the delivery of accurate reporting and active support for planning and executing mission-critical initiatives. Core responsibilities include the design of intake workflows for real property data. Establishing a baseline of accuracy is essential prior to any system entry. You will be responsible for constructing automated structures within ARCHIBUS and BUILDER. These systems will monitor facilities costs comprehensively, including all leases and utilities. A critical function involves reviewing tenant occupancy agreements. You will ensure these documents comply with government regulations and update records accordingly.
You will ship timely reports on expiring leases to the Real Property Officer. This action enables strategic decisions regarding renewal or disposition. Collaboration with the Facilities Business Management Team (BMT) is required. You will verify cost tracking for all incidental and utility expenses through established CFO processes. Creating integrated data storage solutions in ARCHIBUS is a primary task. These solutions will support planning, programming, and tracking of real property assets.
Automating fund and lease tracking capabilities will be achieved through close partnership with the dedicated ARCHIBUS technical team. Maintaining master records is a core duty. You will ensure information remains accurate, complete, and retained under all applicable laws. This role demands a high level of diligence and adherence to legal standards.
The position requires a bachelor's degree and a decade of relevant DOD real property management experience. This experience must specifically involve leases and agreements. Proficiency with a specific set of tools is mandatory for daily operations. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in MS Office, MS Project, Archibus, and BUILDER. The role involves significant travel requirements. You must be available for worldwide travel within the USCENTCOM AOR as dictated by task completion.

The compensation for this position ranges from $135,728.00 to $182,717.00 per year. This role represents a new duty order focused on real property accountability. It requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual. Please We are committed to an equitable selection process.
What you'll do
- Execute the full scope of duties assigned to the
- Implement robust data integrity protocols to ensure accuracy in real property records upon entry.
- Architect and deploy automated workflows within the ARCHIBUS and BUILDER platforms to manage facility costs.
- Analyze and report on lease expirations to facilitate strategic renewal or disposal decisions by the Real Property Officer.
- Validate compliance of tenant occupancy agreements with federal regulations and maintain current documentation.
- Synthesize financial data related to incidental and utility expenses, ensuring adherence to CFO tracking processes.
- Partner with the dedicated technical team to automate fund and lease tracking, enhancing system capabilities.
- Construct and maintain integrated data storage solutions within ARCHIBUS to support asset planning and programming.
- Generate timely reports on expiring leases to inform strategic decisions regarding renewal or disposition.
- Collaborate closely with the Facilities Business Management Team to verify cost tracking and fiscal compliance.
- Preserve the integrity of master records, ensuring information remains accurate, complete, and legally retained.

Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Must possess a current Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree.
- Must have ten years of specialized experience in DOD real property management.
- Must have direct experience managing leases and agreements.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Must be skilled in the use of Archibus software.
- Must be proficient in the use of BUILDER software.
- Must be capable of extensive worldwide travel within the USCENTCOM area of responsibility.
- Must comply with all applicable federal laws and regulatory requirements.
- Must maintain the highest level of accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Must have a proven track record of reliability in managing complex real property databases.
- Must adhere to strict deadlines and deliverables in a federal contract environment.
