About the role
You will set and own the end to end vision and operating strategy for Socure's channel and partner ecosystem, translating high level business objectives into a clear roadmap that spans partner segments and revenue targets. You will architect and manage a high value, diverse partner network of resellers, technology integrators, and system integrators, directly driving joint revenue growth and market penetration across priority verticals. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to both internal executives and external partners, balancing strategic influence with operational rigor to ensure the channel delivers measurable business outcomes. You will anticipate competitive moves and market shifts, adjusting programs and partnerships proactively so that Socure maintains a durable advantage in identity verification. You will mentor and develop a high performing channel leadership team, instilling a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement while advancing leadership succession. Ultimately you will deeply listen to partner and end customer feedback, using those insights to refine solutions and secure long term loyalty across the ecosystem.

Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities, assessing fit, risk, and scalability while staying ahead of competitive dynamics and emerging use cases in identity verification.
Translate complex product capabilities into clear value propositions and partner playbooks, enabling the channel team and partners to deliver high impact, tailored solutions for enterprise customers.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and maximize the collective value of the channel.
Act as the primary advocate for partners at the executive level, surfacing their needs, constraints, and feedback to influence product strategy and internal decision making.
Develop and maintain strong, trust based relationships with senior partner executives as well as key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, incentives, and performance expectations.
Lead cross functional initiatives that streamline partner onboarding, enablement, and operations, removing barriers and delivering seamless experiences for partners and end customers.
Establish and enforce clear standards for channel program quality, partner enablement, and revenue performance at scale, using best practices and governance frameworks.
Monitor end to end key performance indicators, conduct root cause analysis where gaps appear, and use insights to drive continuous optimization of channel investments.
Champion the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and data platforms that enhance forecasting, pipeline management, and partner productivity.
Guide the channel organization through periods of structural change, clearly articulating the rationale, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth adoption of new operating models.
Build, coach, and grow a diverse, high performing channel leadership team, setting expectations, providing development opportunities, and reinforcing a culture of transparency and accountability.
Identify critical skill gaps, support succession planning, and build a robust pipeline of internal talent ready to assume greater responsibility over time.
Synthesize feedback from partners and end customers into actionable product and process improvements that elevate partner satisfaction and measurable business outcomes.
Continuously benchmark channel performance against market leaders, setting stretch goals that push the team toward ambitious revenue and adoption targets.
Requirements
Earn a Bachelor's degree as a minimum academic qualification, with an MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred for strategic depth.
Bring a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large, diverse teams and partner ecosystems.
Demonstrate a proven track record of building and scaling channel programs that generate significant revenue growth and expand market reach, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or identity verification sectors.
Show deep expertise in channel strategy, partner ecosystem design, and cross functional leadership, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Have a history of cultivating and sustaining strategic relationships at all organizational levels, including direct experience engaging C suite executives as a trusted advisor.
Apply strong analytical, operational, and strategic thinking skills, consistently using data to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead teams through complex organizational change, guiding adoption of new tools, processes, and methodologies while maintaining clarity and momentum.
Communicate with exceptional clarity, persuasiveness, and emotional intelligence, excelling in negotiations and managing high stakes stakeholder expectations.
