About the role
This role owns a portfolio of global sales enablement programs, translating strategy into high-impact learning experiences, live and on-demand, for our internal sales teams. It sits at the center of content programs, communications, and training delivery for ongoing (post-onboarding) enablement. This person should be highly organized and proven in their ability to influence solution delivery in a consultative way. They are comfortable in highly technical environments, work well with ambiguity, and can clearly define project objectives while managing timelines, resources, and risk. This is a hands-on position on a fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is willing to roll up their sleeves and make decisions quickly to get things done.

What you'll do
- Own communication strategy and execution for sales enablement programs, ensuring content and updates reach the field clearly and on time.
- Design, and manage learning journeys for ongoing sales enablement, grounded in strong instructional design practices.
- Plan, calendar, and host live training sessions including partnering with SMEs, lead dry runs, and ensure sales and product content is field-ready before it launches.
- Develop a process to prioritize content request and build and maintain a content roadmap that prioritizes those requests against stakeholder needs and program goals.
- Partner across the enablement ecosystem (field enablement, leader enablement, reps, leadership) to surface gaps, needs, and priorities.
- Manage enablement projects end-to-end by defining goals, gathering resourcing, setting timelines, scheduling and running cross-functional working cadence, and evaluating risk.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of Rubrik products, value propositions, and customer use cases.
- Lead change management for new programs, processes, or tools by identifying stakeholders and building the communication plan for rollout.
- Apply analytical skills to drive insights, develop action plans, and track progress tied to business goals and metrics.
- Leverage data to evaluate program effectiveness and iterate on learning experiences based on field feedback and performance indicators.
- Coordinate with product and marketing teams to align enablement content with go-to-market initiatives and campaigns.
- Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking enablement support and guidance.
- Implement quality assurance processes for training materials and live sessions to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Track and report on key enablement metrics to inform decision-making and demonstrate impact to leadership.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions that capture best practices and surface emerging needs across regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of sales enablement, learning and development, or related role with demonstrated impact.
- 2+ years of experience managing projects in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required for company events and meetings.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tooling for workflow efficiency and content quality.
- Familiarity with CMS/LMS platforms and enablement tooling strategy.
- Background in event management for large-scale sales enablement programs.
- Prior experience in a technology company supporting sales teams.
