What you'll do
- Successfully build and maintain relationships with account teams, partners, and technical champions within customer organizations to support aggressive sales objectives.
- Retain, recruit, and hire top Specialist Sales Engineering talent to expand coverage across the EMEA region while ensuring continuity and excellence.
- Enable and drive continuous development of the Specialist SE's on the team through mentorship, training, and skill enhancement programs.
- Provide strategic Technical Leadership and direction to Sales Teams across EMEA to build robust technology solutions for Enterprise customers and prospective clients.
- Assist in the analysis, design, and development of fully integrated technology solutions that address complex business and technical challenges.
- Demonstrate deep technical subject matter expertise on Rubrik's products, distributed architectures, file systems, cloud, SaaS, and competitive offerings within the cyber resiliency space.

Requirements

- Demonstrate deep technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, cyber recovery, and data analytics disciplines.
