What you'll do
- Architect and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the overall corporate objectives for the North TOLA region.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring robust relationship management and high levels of customer retention.
- Analyze complex market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to provide critical market feedback that shapes future product development.
- Develop and maintain a deep pipeline of qualified leads through targeted prospecting and industry engagement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to forecast sales accurately and manage deal execution effectively.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and executive forums to elevate brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Drive the adoption of new sales methodologies and technologies to improve team productivity and outcomes.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure the team is on track to meet quarterly and annual goals.
- Work closely with customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for large scale deployments.
- Evaluate and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle.
- Build alliances with industry influencers and strategic partners to expand market reach.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and career development discussions with team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing large scale projects and teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions and cybersecurity practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive innovation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive level audiences.
- Experience with quota carrying teams and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings and team engagements as required.
