Responsibilities
You will define the strategic direction for AI security products. This involves setting a north star metric for every AI workflow screen. You will guide research programs that translate raw field data into concrete interface decisions. Accessibility will be a core consideration to ensure security tools serve diverse enterprise teams. Designing flows that work across air gapped environments and cloud scale clusters is a key duty. You will partner with data scientists to prototype AI assisted modeling sessions. Shipping and maintaining design systems is essential to keep pace with rapid product experiments. Coordination with legal teams ensures compliance is visible in UI patterns. Mentoring is a central part of this position. You will conduct portfolio reviews and support career growth for senior designers. Clear communication with engineering leads is necessary, especially during demanding timelines. Understanding data pipelines helps translate infrastructure constraints into practical UX solutions. Experience working across distributed teams in different time zones is required.
Requirements
Candidates must have led design for complex security or infrastructure software. Experience with AI related problems in regulated enterprise contexts is essential. Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools is required for interface validation. The ability to communicate clearly with engineering leads during crunch timelines is mandatory. An understanding of data pipelines helps bridge the gap between infrastructure and user needs. You must demonstrate a consistent portfolio showcasing security or data sensitive product design. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are non negotiable for stakeholder alignment. The capacity to manage multiple design initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality is required. A minimum of ten years of progressive experience in product design is expected from candidates. You should be comfortable navigating enterprise sales cycles and executive level conversations.
Compensation And Location
The compensation for this role is 24 Lakhs per year. The location is Bangalore, India. Engagement involves enterprise design with global partners.

A background in cybersecurity or backup products is preferred. Experience in highly regulated industries can be an advantage. Familiarity with data sensitive environments is valued.
