- Reimagine how diverse threat signals from data, identity, metadata, code, and configurations feed into AI models that generate recovery paths and remediation actions.
- Develop a point of view on the threat landscape, including AI-based threats, identity-based threats, misconfigurations, and ransomware, translating this into a differentiated product strategy.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of product managers focused on threat analytics and recovery workflows.
- Act as a cross-functional leader and unifier, aligning product, engineering, data science, security research, and go-to-market teams around shared outcomes and measurable impact.
- Serve as a credible product voice in executive reviews, roadmap discussions, and key customer conversations to influence priorities and decisions.
- Partner with global stakeholders across US, India, and Israel, navigating distributed execution and time-zone collaboration effectively to maintain momentum.
- Leverage first principles thinking to deconstruct complex recovery problems and design innovative product solutions.
- Demonstrate strong executive presence and the ability to collaborate with external customers and partners on ideation and customer issues.
- Drive outcomes by balancing strategic vision with execution rigor, ensuring products are delivered on schedule without compromising quality.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, success metrics, and prioritization decisions for the threat analytics platform.
Requirements
- 10-15 years in product management, with 5+ years managing product teams in complex, data-driven environments.
- Deep machine learning and AI experience building complex models for security use cases and understanding model behavior in production.
- Demonstrated experience developing 0-1 business strategy from inception to execution tied to clear business outcomes and customer impact.
- First principles thinking to break down intricate problems and construct novel product approaches in cyber recovery.
- Strong executive presence and comfort collaborating with external customers, partners, and executive stakeholders on ideation and issue resolution.
- Experience in a platform product management or horizontal platform role, understanding how to build and scale platform products that serve diverse needs.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations, aligning stakeholders without direct authority and driving decisions forward.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on problem solving, diving into details of data, workflows, and user journeys to validate assumptions and improve outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience in data, security, and recovery domains, understanding the nuances of backup, replication, and immutability in enterprise environments.
- Background working with distributed teams across multiple time zones, particularly US, India, and Israel.
- Familiarity with AI-native product development and how large language models can be integrated into security and recovery workflows.
- Track record of launching platform-level products that scale to serve multiple customer segments and use cases.
Practical notes
