Join our expanding Corporate IT team in Bangalore as a Corporate IT Architect. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing a secure, automated, and scalable internal IT framework that supports our employees' dynamic work environments. Your focus will be on developing resilient systems and improving operational maturity across various IT functions.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Establish and uphold the target architecture for Corporate IT systems.
• Enhance Service Desk processes with a focus on automation and self-service.
• Deploy AI-driven Service Desk solutions utilizing LLMs and Virtual Agents for efficient ticket management.
• Create end-to-end automation frameworks to shift from manual support to self-healing workflows.
• Develop a modern endpoint management strategy for macOS and Windows using Jamf and Intune.
• Set compliance and configuration standards with measurable enforcement.
• Oversee architecture and governance for Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and AV systems.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Work with Security to implement zero-trust principles and ensure audit compliance.
• Promote API-first integrations to minimize manual interventions.
• Evaluate tools, manage vendor relationships, and optimize expenditures.
• Address escalations and provide architectural guidance for complex issues.
• Document standards, integration methods, and lifecycle management strategies.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Corporate IT, Endpoint Engineering, or IT Architecture in distributed or high-growth settings.
• Extensive knowledge of Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
• Strong administrative and architectural skills with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and SaaS environments.
• Experience in designing zero-touch device lifecycle management programs.
• Proficient in identity and access management solutions such as Okta or Azure AD.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service management processes.
• Proven ability to design automation through scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell) and APIs.
• Experience in vendor evaluation and cost management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while influencing cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Okta, Google Workspace Administration, JAMF Pro, Microsoft Intune, Atlassian Suite (JIRA Service Management), Slack Enterprise Administration, Zoom Rooms/AV architecture, and ITIL.
