What you'll do

- Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to gather requirements and understand their automation needs.

- Utilize data analysis tools to extract, manipulate, and visualize data, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a business analysis or automation role, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or similar software for data manipulation and reporting.
- Familiarity with automation platforms and tools, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation scripting.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, to effectively manage automation projects.
