Processing payments and handling any billing inquiries professionally will contribute to a smooth guest experience. Maintaining accurate records of vehicle status and any incidents encountered during the rental period is essential for operations. You will represent Roadsurfer as the main point of contact for guests during their pickup and return at the Ettlingen site.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required for this position, and you should The role operates on a Monday to Saturday schedule based in Ettlingen at Nobelstr. 16a, and this schedule aligns with the stated seasonal period. You must be available to work the full duration of the seasonal period from 01.05. to 31.10. This is a temporary engagement tied strictly to the summer operational window of the business. Reliable transportation to the worksite in Ettlingen is necessary, as public transport options may not align with shift start times. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is strongly expected to ensure high standards of guest interaction. Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English are mandatory for this role. You should be comfortable using digital tools and platforms for logging activities and checking vehicle statuses. Physical ability to inspect and move equipment around the vehicle area is required as part of daily duties. A clean driving record and basic understanding of vehicle safety checks are necessary to perform pre-rental inspections.
