You support our Station Team during all daily tasks, and the #happyroadsurfer community experiences smiles as guests travel their roadsurfer journey from Abholung to Rückgabe.
Customer interactions during Abholung and Rückgabe are handled with clear communication, and visitors receive a smile that makes their roadsurfer journey memorable.
You inspect campers inside and out, identifying minor issues and ensuring vehicles meet safety and cleanliness standards before and after each rental.
You perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as tire pressure checks, fluid levels, and battery health, keeping the fleet in reliable condition.
You coordinate scheduling and logistics with the station team to align camper availability with guest bookings and pickup windows.
You manage inventory of cleaning supplies, key cards, and documentation, maintaining an organized station environment at Gewerbestraße 1, 4063 Hörsching.
You respond to guest questions about routes, camping options, and roadsurfer services, providing accurate and friendly information on the spot.
You uphold cleaning protocols and hygiene standards, ensuring that each camper reflects the premium outdoor experience promised by the brand.

Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. You hold a Class B driver's license, and you demonstrate the ability to move vehicles safely on public roads.
You communicate in German or English, and you can comfortably interact with customers during high-volume periods at the station.
You are physically capable of performing cleaning and inspection tasks, including bending, lifting, and extended periods of standing.
