About the role
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Ripple's global employee giving and volunteering initiatives from concept to completion. You will act as the central operations lead for the Ripple Impact team, translating high-level corporate social impact goals into actionable plans across diverse regions. This role requires a high level of ownership as you build and manage the systems that track, measure, and report on employee engagement worldwide. You will be the primary liaison with nonprofit partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring all programs run smoothly and meet strict compliance standards. What you'll do
Coordinate the global rollout of employee giving and volunteering programs in alignment with Ripple's mission to improve the financial system.
Serve as the primary administrator for the corporate CSR software platform, overseeing donation matching workflows and volunteer management systems.
Develop and deploy internal communication campaigns that educate employees and drive high participation rates in social impact programs.
Collaborate with Workplace and HR teams to design and curate volunteer opportunities that reflect the skills and interests of global teams.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with nonprofit and academic partners to expand the reach and impact of Ripple's community initiatives.
Oversee the logistics of in-person and virtual volunteer events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-event analysis.
Implement data collection and reporting frameworks to monitor program performance and generate insights for strategic decision-making.
Manage travel arrangements to visit Ripple offices and partner sites, fostering stronger relationships across the network as travel requirements dictate.
Ensure all global donation and matching processes adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying best practices and scaling successful programs across the organization.
Lead cross-functional workshops to align employee engagement initiatives with broader company objectives and values.
Proactively identify risks and compliance issues related to charitable activities and provide clear guidance to stakeholders.
Synthesize complex program data into clear narratives for senior leadership to support funding and strategy discussions.
Act as a brand ambassador for the Ripple Impact team, highlighting success stories and employee contributions internally and externally.
Drive the adoption of new CSR technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing corporate social responsibility and employee engagement programs in a scaling global organization.
Hands-on experience administering CSR platforms such as Deed or Benevity, with expertise in donation matching and compliance vetting.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Communications, and Workplace.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A bias for action mentality, capable of handling multiple priorities and intricate logistical details in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track metrics, interpret data trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
