You own the narrative and measurement for our global strength brand story. Daily, you turn insights into journeys that move audiences from awareness to advocacy. This role demands comfort with ambiguity and a bias for tested action. You will shape how REP is perceived across every channel, ensuring that each interaction reinforces our identity as a leading strength brand.
Key facts
What you will do
Design content architectures that align product launches with consumer demand across web and social. You will map the customer journey to ensure key messages appear at the right moment in the right place.
Orchestrate cross channel campaigns turning data into stories that resonate with home and commercial gyms. You will connect performance data with creative concepts so that every campaign serves both brand and business goals.
Analyze performance metrics to refine messaging and prove impact on brand equity and demand. You will use dashboards and reports to guide decisions and demonstrate the value of each initiative.
Build creative briefs that guide partners from concept to consistent execution worldwide. These documents will clarify objectives, tone, and deliverables so teams can move quickly and stay aligned.
Champion brand values in every touchpoint ensuring tone and visuals reflect REP standards. You will act as the guardian of our principles, from customer empathy to teamwork without ego.
Coordinate with athletes and events teams to integrate real world proof into our marketing streams. You will bring training floor insights and competition energy into our storytelling.
Translate customer insights into editorial calendars that support long term engagement. You will turn what we learn in the market into content plans that drive ongoing interest.
Guard brand integrity while enabling flexibility for local market experiments. You will balance consistency with room to test and adapt in different regions.
What you need
You must have three to five years directing integrated campaigns for fitness or performance brands. This background shows you understand how to lead in a category driven by performance and community.
You need experience managing agency partners and internal stakeholders under tight deadlines. You will keep projects moving while maintaining quality and clarity.
You must demonstrate a record of on brand storytelling that drives measurable engagement. Your work should show how narrative choices affect awareness, interaction, and loyalty.
You should understand eComm flows and how content supports conversion across digital channels. You will ensure that product pages, reviews, and checkout steps work together smoothly.
Nice to have
Experience with strength community culture and gym environments. This includes familiarity with home gyms, commercial facilities, and the routines of serious athletes.
Day to day environment
You will work from our state of the art headquarters in Westminster, Colorado. The space features a bright, open layout, views of the Rocky Mountains, and amenities such as a kitchen stocked with healthy snacks, protein powder, and coffee.
The role follows a hybrid model with a minimum of three days in the office each week. We offer flexibility in scheduling so you can manage priorities effectively.
