REP Fitness is seeking a Sr. Manager, Social Media to spearhead the evolution of our global social presence and brand narrative. The hire will own the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of social media initiatives that amplify our strength brand identity. This role focuses on orchestrating high-impact campaigns that resonate with our community of fitness enthusiasts and drive measurable engagement. The Sr. Manager will act as the internal quarterback, aligning cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is cohesive and on-brand. You will be responsible for translating company goals into compelling social content that tells our story and reinforces our market leadership. This position requires a data-informed mindset to continuously optimize performance and prove the ROI of social investments. The role also involves mentoring and elevating the capabilities of the social media content creator and agency partners. Ultimately, you will safeguard and grow our digital reputation as a leading voice in the fitness industry.

What you'll do
- Architect and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overarching business objectives and enhances brand equity.
- Lead the end-to-end management of our external social media agency partnership, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality output.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of social performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Curate and create a diverse content mix that showcases our products, community, and company culture across all social platforms.
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar that balances promotional, educational, and entertaining elements.

- Serve as the primary liaison between the social media team and other departments to ensure brand alignment.

- Foster a culture of experimentation by testing new formats, features, and channels to drive audience growth.
- Ensure all social content adheres to brand guidelines, voice, and compliance standards.
- Report on key performance indicators to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
- Identify and nurture relationships with brand advocates and community leaders.
- Drive initiatives that increase conversion rates from social touchpoints to sales.
- Maintain a pulse on cultural moments and trending topics to keep our content timely and relevant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of five years of progressive experience in social media management or a related role.
- Demonstrated history of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience managing agency relationships and freelance teams is required.
- A deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across major platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to work hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in the Westminster, CO office.
- Passion for fitness and an understanding of the REP brand ethos is essential.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage projects efficiently.
