IT Manager
Job description
About the role
The Technology Operations Manager will own the complete technology flow for REP Fitness, guiding requests from initial intake through final delivery. You will bring clarity, coordination, and calm to cross-functional teams while serving as the central point ensuring technology initiatives are defined, managed, and executed with precision. Your primary focus will be establishing intake rhythms by capturing requests and mapping current environments to create a shared understanding of needs and constraints. You will design build workflows by translating ambiguous requirements into clear schedules, defined owners, and structured test plans that de-risk execution. You will guide review checkpoints by validating quality, security, and alignment with user expectations before any changes reach production. You will orchestrate ship activities by coordinating releases, managing rollbacks, and confirming readiness to ensure smooth and reliable deployments. You will strengthen partner alliances by aligning roadmaps, support playbooks, and success metrics to keep technology initiatives tied to business outcomes. You will champion data hygiene by maintaining accurate documentation, logs, and configuration records that provide a single source of truth for the organization. You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing incidents, feedback, and cycle time to generate actionable changes that enhance stability and efficiency. You will lead process experiments by responsibly testing new tools, automation, and collaboration patterns to find better ways of operating.
