What you'll do
You install home remodeling products so homeowners receive finished spaces that follow Mad City Windows & Baths standards and procedures. Finish work is applied for every construction application to complete the service as planned and to the homeowner's satisfaction. Management reviews each installation, and customer satisfaction is secured before final payments are authorized to ensure alignment with company expectations. A carpentry job checklist is completed with the homeowner to formally close out the project and document all completed tasks. You utilize standard carpentry tools and follow structured checklists to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Your role requires reliable transportation and adherence to schedules to support consistent on-time performance. You communicate clearly with homeowners and team members to confirm project details, address concerns, and maintain a positive experience. Requirements
You bring 6 months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience to perform these field tasks with confidence and accuracy. You have direct experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows to execute assigned installations to a professional standard. You hold a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record for reliable site travel between locations as needed. You demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills to clearly convey information to homeowners and team members in a professional manner. You are able to follow detailed instructions and complete all steps of the installation process in accordance with company standards. You understand the importance of safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others on-site. You show reliability and punctuality to ensure that project timelines are met without compromising quality. You are comfortable working independently and as part of a coordinated field team to achieve shared objectives.

This role operates Monday through Friday on-site in Green Bay, WI. The position is part of a national home improvement network across 36 states. Travel to assigned job sites within the service area is required as part of normal daily responsibilities.
