What you'll do
Homeowners obtain remodeled spaces through product installations performed to company procedures at each site, and you will support this process from start to finish. You will apply finish work for every construction requirement on the job to achieve the final appearance and ensure the space is complete. You will conduct conversations with management to verify customer satisfaction and approve final payments once installation work is thoroughly reviewed. The carpenter checklist is reviewed with the homeowner at completion to confirm that work quality meets the standards set by the company. You will handle tools and materials necessary for window replacement or window wrapping using standard carpentry and finishing equipment. You will maintain a high level of communication with homeowners and team members to demonstrate strong customer service throughout the project. You will uphold a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently. You will bring 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction trade experience to the site to perform tasks independently. You will demonstrate window replacement or window wrapping experience through past projects that show technical proficiency. You will ensure that every installation is completed with attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
