About the role

You will oversee daily operations within our fulfillment and distribution center to ensure production goals and quality standards are met. What you'll do

• Allocate daily labor resources and facilitate the start-up meetings for each shift to ensure readiness.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to labor hours and units per hour, analyzing trends for improvement.
• Identify emerging workflow bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain associate productivity.
• Track employee attendance patterns and actively manage break schedules to optimize coverage and compliance.
• Ensure all workstations remain orderly and adhere strictly to established standard operating procedures.
• Support new hires during their post-training ramp-up period by providing guidance and reinforcing best practices.
• Enforce safety, security, and cleanliness protocols rigorously across all areas of the facility.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments to resolve issues and maintain seamless operational efficiency.
• Present operational information clearly to groups and facilitate effective team communication and problem-solving.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to validate accuracy and support loss prevention initiatives.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the reconciliation of daily logs and reports to ensure data integrity for decision-making.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure aisles and exits are clear and safe for all personnel.
• Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting unexpected issues that arise during the operating day.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, without exception to meet business demands.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift in a safe and controlled manner.
• Intermediate proficiency with spreadsheet software and warehouse management systems is mandatory for accuracy.
• Experience operating warehouse tools such as scanners, radios, and ladders is required for task completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with diverse teams effectively.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback in a professional manner to support continuous team development.
• A demonstrated sense of urgency and high attention to detail to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
