About the Role
This position grants ownership of the complete lifecycle for fashion items as they flow through our system. The incumbent is responsible for sculpting the member experience from initial item viewing to final return. Daily responsibilities involve solving multifaceted problems that intersect digital user interfaces and physical material handling. The role demands a holistic perspective on how products move and are perceived within our circular fashion ecosystem. You will own the definition, execution, and optimization of end-to-end processes that ensure member satisfaction and operational excellence. This requires a proactive mindset to identify friction points and implement solutions that enhance both user delight and logistical efficiency. Success in this role is measured by your ability to balance technological innovation with the realities of physical inventory movement. You will be a key stakeholder in driving the integrity and reliability of our core circular fashion platform.

What You'll Do
- Architect intake procedures that accurately document item condition and member objectives.
- Create digital pathways and business logic that orchestrate the movement of clothing through virtual wardrobes.
- Analyze reverse logistics metrics to optimize the physical journey of items returning to our facilities.
- Liaise with brand partners to ensure seamless inventory flow across their distribution networks.
- Develop standardized testing protocols to verify software integrity prior to member exposure.
- Audit member interaction data to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement in the user journey.
- Deploy updates swiftly while safeguarding the stability of our core technology platforms.
- Collaborate with operations specialists to ensure technological strategies respect physical limitations.
- Design and implement quality assurance checklists that maintain high standards for item presentation.
- Partner with logistics teams to streamline the dispatch process and reduce turnaround times for members.
- Interpret complex data sets to forecast demand and manage inventory levels across our network.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on process improvements and future state vision.
- Monitor key performance indicators to track the health of our digital and physical workflows.
- Contribute to the development of best practices that define industry standards for circular fashion operations.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a minimum of three years of professional experience in roles focused on digital workflow management.
- Possess a working knowledge of systems dedicated to inventory control, return processing, and member relationship management.
- Exhibit proficiency with collaborative design and delivery tools essential for modern product teams.
- Maintain reliable access to personal transportation for mandatory in-person work days.
- Have the legal right to work in the United States or Ireland without sponsorship.
- Be able to start within 30 days of receiving an offer.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly and adaptability is essential.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
- Solve complex problems with a methodical approach while maintaining attention to detail.
