Design intake workflows that capture patient signals and route them for timely action.

Champion review gates where quality, accuracy, and risk are evaluated before release.
Drive ship rituals that coordinate teams for reliable, on-time delivery.
Forge partner playbooks that align external teams and platforms for scalable growth.
Map data flows that reveal patterns in patient behavior and inform smarter campaigns.
Create testing routines that validate assumptions and protect experience quality.

Requirements
You must have three years of experience in digital health, patient engagement, or related fields.
You must handle complex workflows that span multiple systems and teams.
You must communicate clearly with clinicians, executives, and technical partners.
You must adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail.
You must manage projects under tight timelines without sacrificing accuracy.
