About the role

Artisight is seeking collaborators who own the full arc of problem solving in a high-stakes clinical environment. You will translate ambiguous operational pain points into precise technical or product requirements while maintaining a deep empathy for bedside workflows. The ideal contributor partners with clinicians, nurses, and engineers to design solutions that are both technically robust and effortlessly usable in chaotic hospital settings. You will steward key integrations that connect vision, voice, and sensor data into actionable insights for care teams across the country. This role demands rigorous thinking, clear communication, and the discipline to see initiatives through from discovery to measurable impact. You will challenge assumptions with data, iterate quickly, and document decisions in a way that elevates the entire team. Above all, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that Artisight's platform continues to drive safer, more efficient hospital operations.

Investigate complex operational workflows across acute care settings to uncover opportunities for technology-driven improvement.

Define precise requirements and acceptance criteria for features that span clinical, technical, and operational domains.

Partner with clinical and engineering teams to translate real-world nurse and clinician needs into scalable platform capabilities.

Evaluate emerging technologies such as computer vision, voice interaction, and sensor fusion for practical deployment in hospitals.

Design and implement integrations that ensure patient data flows securely and efficiently into existing EHR systems.

Champion quality and reliability by developing testing strategies that reflect the urgency and complexity of real clinical environments.

Collaborate with product leaders to prioritize initiatives that reduce staff burden, improve patient throughput, and enhance safety.

Analyze usage data and clinical outcomes to refine features and demonstrate clear impact on hospital operations.

Serve as a bridge between technical teams and healthcare stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and constraints.

Continuously learn from deployments across multiple health systems to identify best practices and patterns for success.

Advocate for thoughtful, ethical, and compliant approaches to data handling and patient privacy in every solution.

Mentor peers and partners by sharing insights, documenting processes, and promoting a culture of ownership and clarity.

Explore opportunities to standardize workflows across sites while respecting the unique characteristics of each hospital ecosystem.

Drive end-to-end delivery of features and experiences that improve clinician well-being and patient outcomes.

Requirements

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and any remote work must be from within the United States.

You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or have equivalent practical experience.

You bring a proven track record of owning projects from conception through execution and delivery of real outcomes.

You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including clinicians, executives, and engineers.

You are comfortable navigating fast-moving, early-stage environments where priorities evolve quickly.

You have a bias toward action, demonstrating curiosity and a willingness to learn across domains such as healthcare, EHR, and medical devices.

You understand the importance of compliance, safety, and privacy in systems that impact patient care.

You are willing to travel occasionally to support client sites, engage with stakeholders, and observe workflows in person.

Nice to have

Experience in healthcare, healthtech, EHR systems, or medical device environments.

Background in clinical operations, nursing, or frontline patient care.

Familiarity with computer vision, voice-activated systems, or real-time data pipelines in clinical settings.

Experience working with NVIDIA GPU-enabled platforms or AI-driven workflows.

This is a remote-first opportunity with a flexible work model.

Artisight maintains lab locations in Chicago, Illinois, and North Logan, Utah, and supports client sites across the United States.

All roles require U.S. work authorization.

Travel may be required occasionally to support client engagements and site visits.
