About the role
This position is focused on upholding high standards of visual merchandising in our Soho store. The Visual Merchandising Associate will play a key role in executing strategies that enhance customer experience and drive sales. You will be instrumental in translating our brand vision into compelling in-store displays.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Maintain impactful product displays, including dressing room outfits and mannequin presentations, adhering to corporate visual standards.
- Organize and execute weekly Go Lives in a timely manner according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure all visual merchandising equipment is well-maintained and stored centrally in the stockroom.
- Manage visual merchandising recovery efforts, including repositioning products and replenishing displays.
- Streamline the shipment processing system to ensure products are displayed promptly to maximize sales.
- Prioritize customer service while performing tasks to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and windows clean and organized.
- Provide weekly feedback and insights to the Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager for weekly assessments of visual merchandising effectiveness and develop action plans as needed.
- Prepare for new product arrivals by planning placements in advance and sharing this with management.
- Work with leadership to ensure shipments are processed within a 24-hour service level agreement.
- Place new merchandise on the sales floor immediately after processing, ensuring strategic placement.
- Monitor items designated for return to vendor and ensure they are removed from the sales floor.
- Analyze reports and dashboards to provide insights that inform merchandising decisions.
- Review weekly business performance using company reporting tools to identify product opportunities.
Requirements
- A strong commitment to the Reformation brand.
- At least 6 months of experience working at Reformation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient visual merchandising skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Adherence to time and attendance policies.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.

Compensation
Reformation values transparency and fairness in compensation. The expected hourly wage for this role ranges from $16 to $25, influenced by factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
