Reformation is seeking a skilled Technology Product Manager to take charge of the technology roadmap and oversee daily operations in areas such as Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Customer Support. This position transcends conventional product management, as you will not only define what needs to be built but also manage the operations to achieve tangible business results. The ideal candidate will possess a software engineering mindset and a strong understanding of AI and automation, enabling them to address operational challenges effectively.

What you'll do
- Take ownership of one or more operational functions within Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Customer Support, ensuring accountability for operational outcomes beyond just technology.
- Quickly gain expertise in your designated area, developing a comprehensive understanding of existing workflows, vendor relationships, challenges, and opportunities for technology-driven enhancements.
- Establish and monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs), taking responsibility for your function's performance and driving ongoing improvements.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners relevant to your operational area, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and develop a team, which may include both internal staff and third-party resources, to meet operational and technological goals.
- Make informed decisions regarding operational trade-offs between quality, speed, and cost, relying on data-driven insights.
- Drive the technology roadmap for your operational area, focusing on scalability, cost efficiency, and service enhancement.
- Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to reduce manual tasks, enhance accuracy, and speed up processes.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from gathering requirements and defining success metrics to collaborating with engineering for development and launch.
- Work closely with various departments, including Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Inventory, Planning, Production, and Finance, to align business goals with product roadmaps, features, and timelines.
- Be actively involved in hands-on tasks as needed, such as prototyping with AI tools, writing detailed specifications, configuring systems, or creating dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
- Ensure that technology products and systems meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on schedule to fulfill business objectives.
- Foster collaborative relationships with other functions to enhance transparency in technology roadmap development.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver top-notch products for both internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience for end-users.
- Promote a culture of AI adoption and technological empowerment across Reformation, assisting non-technical colleagues in utilizing new tools and workflows effectively.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a background in software engineering or a technical discipline.
- Proven ability to manage execution from strategy formulation to implementation and ongoing operational oversight.
- Hands-on experience with deploying AI/ML solutions, automation tools, or working with contemporary AI platforms (e.g., large language models, computer vision, workflow automation).
- A solid software engineering background or strong technical fluency, with the ability to read code, prototype solutions, and engage deeply with engineering teams.
- Experience in developing and launching technical products within operations, supply chain, or logistics environments.

Practical notes
- This position is based in Vernon, CA, and requires on-site presence four days a week.
- The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
