We are expanding our presence in categories such as Shoes, Handbags, Swim, and Jewelry. We are seeking a Senior Director, Supply Chain to lead the evolution of sourcing, production, and delivery for these products.
The Senior Director, Supply Chain, Product Innovation will be responsible for constructing and scaling a high-performing supply chain. This encompasses raw materials, sourcing, production, and final delivery from our warehouse. The role requires driving operational excellence across multiple product categories and countries. It also involves ensuring flexibility and resilience within a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
This position will not manage product development directly. It does, however, involve close partnership with the New York-based design and development team. The focus lies on overseeing Raw Materials R&D. The role is essential for operationalizing innovation, converting design and development intent into efficient, sustainable, and scalable supply chain execution.

The position is based in New York City. The arrangement is hybrid, requiring four days in the office, with some travel involved.

Compensation: Base salary of $180,000.00 per year
You will champion the translation of design intent into efficient, responsible sourcing and production workflows.
You will architect resilient material and production strategies for categories including Shoes, Handbags, and Swim.
You will orchestrate cross-functional coordination to align sourcing, planning, and operations around shared timelines.
You will drive clarity and standards so teams can execute predictable, high-quality results at scale.
You will build adaptive processes that keep pace with innovation while protecting the planet.
You will elevate our capabilities through data, testing, and disciplined follow-through on commitments.
You will strengthen relationships with factories and partners to enable durable, responsible execution.
You will guide raw materials R&D to ensure concepts can move safely and sustainably into production.
You will analyze end-to-end flow to identify constraints and optimize for efficiency and risk mitigation.
You will define and monitor KPIs to measure supply chain performance and guide continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with Finance to model costs and validate the viability of new material and sourcing decisions.
You will lead cross-functional reviews to validate technical and quality requirements with Factories and partners.
You will manage the commercialization timeline from concept through launch, ensuring on-time execution.
You will partner with Logistics to streamline distribution and inventory flow to support sell-through.
You bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing complex supply chain operations.
You can read and interpret patterns in data to inform smarter sourcing and production choices.
You communicate clearly with partners across regions and time zones while maintaining standards.
You manage ambiguity and still deliver reliable outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
You have a proven track record of owning full lifecycle supply chain responsibilities for at least one category.
You are comfortable leading technical discussions regarding materials, construction, and costing.
You demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing in your decision-making.
You are proactive in identifying risks and developing contingency plans to safeguard production and delivery.
Experience in apparel or accessories categories is preferred.
