What you'll do

• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets by engaging customers and understanding their needs.
• Use your product knowledge to provide personalized styling advice, helping customers select items that suit their preferences and body types.
• Lead the sales floor during your scheduled shifts, managing customer interactions and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support store operations by opening and closing the store, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and visual merchandising is up to date.
• Build and maintain a personal client database, fostering long-term relationships and encouraging repeat visits.
• Educate customers about Reformation's sustainability initiatives and eco-friendly practices, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Motivate and mentor team members, sharing best practices and encouraging a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure that the store's visual presentation aligns with brand standards, including seasonal displays and merchandising updates.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Support team efforts during busy periods and special events to maximize sales opportunities.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and operational standards.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume retail environment, preferably with a focus on fashion or luxury goods.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals consistently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Strong styling skills and an eye for fashion, with the ability to offer personalized recommendations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to a long-term career in retail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate store hours.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of sustainable fashion or interest in eco-conscious brands is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management tools is helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team during shifts.
