Key facts
What you'll do
Design and own the full instructional design lifecycle for Redwood learning offerings, applying ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy to ensure structured, outcomes-driven content.
Develop modular lessons, knowledge checks, and assessments with targeted, actionable feedback that align with Redwood's automation and file transfer platforms.
Utilize structured AI workflows to transform reference materials, documentation, and SME input into structured learning assets while identifying gaps and iteratively refining interactive eLearning, video, and guides.
Design and maintain AI-assisted content development pipelines, including structured processes for SME synthesis, AI-generated draft storyboards, AI narration and script generation, and automated review passes.
Document reusable AI workflows, skills, and knowledge resources so that learning processes scale efficiently across the team and support consistent quality.
Lead action mapping exercises to connect learning objectives with business goals and performance outcomes, then translate them into detailed storyboards that define instructional flow, interactivity, and asset requirements.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate storyboard drafting, generate scenario variations, and prototype interactive learning flows that meet defined quality and compliance standards.
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools such as generative video, AI voice and narration, and adaptive learning scaffolding, and own the decision log for when and how AI-generated assets enter production.
