What you'll do
- Analyze big data queries and deconstruct the end user's investigative approach to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives, designing innovative data models, scores, and UI visualisations that turn insight into action.
- Partner with diverse stakeholders to identify and analyse real-world problems, guiding client organizations through their journey toward optimal technical and business solutions across a wide spectrum of use cases and requirements.
- Work side-by-side with internal Quantexa product and engineering teams to drive the development of new features and product enhancements, ensuring that best practices are embedded into rapidly evolving offerings.
- Validate outcomes with investigator teams to ensure that solutions effectively address problems, then lead the fine-tuning and refinements necessary to achieve measurable impact and operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and development teams, facilitating the adoption and utilization of new solutions through clear communication and hands-on support.
- Translate evolving business needs into precise technical requirements, maintaining a sharp focus on system reliability, durability, and performance against feature delivery.
- Leverage your technical skills to navigate, query, review, and manipulate large datasets, using data analysis platforms to uncover patterns that inform better decision-making.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities by rapidly adapting to evolving challenges and crafting creative solutions that meet clients where they are.
- Communicate complex technical and business concepts with precision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding across the project lifecycle.
