Talent Pool-Data
Job description
About the role
You will act as a bridge between complex business needs and robust data solutions, owning the full lifecycle of data initiatives from discovery through deployment. You will translate ambiguous requirements into clear analytical strategies, designing pathways that turn raw information into actionable insight for stakeholders. You will take responsibility for ensuring data integrity, reliability, and performance across the stack, while mentoring others on best practices in the field. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where data can drive efficiency, reduce risk, and unlock new value. You will continuously evaluate emerging tools and frameworks, selecting the right mix of technologies to solve specific problems elegantly and scalably. You will champion data governance and quality standards, embedding them into workflows so that findings can be trusted and reused over time. You will communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that every stakeholder understands the what, why, and how behind the numbers. You will own your professional growth, seeking out learning opportunities that keep your skills aligned with the evolving landscape of data engineering and analytics.
