Requirements
Requirements include a minimum of three years of testing or analysis experience within banking contexts, providing a foundation of knowledge specific to financial services and their unique challenges. The candidate must understand regulations affecting financial services and be able to map requirements to test conditions, ensuring that all testing activities are compliant and thorough. Proficiency with SQL and APIs is necessary to verify data integrity and service contracts under load, allowing for effective validation of backend systems and data flows. Clear communication in English is required to produce documentation that auditors and engineers can follow, facilitating collaboration and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed. The ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team is essential, given the global nature of Qualysoft's operations and the need for coordination across different time zones. Attention to detail is critical, as even minor issues in banking applications can have significant implications for security and compliance. The candidate should be comfortable working with structured processes and following established testing methodologies, while also being adaptable to changing requirements and technologies. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and integrity is expected, aligning with Qualysoft's focus on delivering reliable solutions to its banking clients.
