This position focuses on defining and expanding enterprise accounts within central Bucharest. The scope covers banking, telecom, and logistics verticals while orchestrating end to end digital initiatives. The role owns commercial outcomes and acts as a strategic interface between delivery teams and C level stakeholders. Daily responsibilities balance structured playbooks with adaptive selling under volatile market conditions. The position engages full time and operates with a high degree of autonomy in shaping account strategies. Compensation is offered as a monthly fixed range aligned with enterprise sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
You will orchestrate intake conversations to clarify complex requirements for banking platforms and related solutions. Designing solution proposals forms a core duty, integrating test automation and analytics into client roadmaps. Coordinating build activities with delivery squads ensures timely configuration of Creatio and Doxee systems. You will champion review sessions where stakeholders validate scope, risk, and compliance expectations. Shipping incremental releases that adhere to enterprise governance and change management policies is a standard duty. Guiding partners through implementation milestones, including Microsoft Cloud and Tricentis ecosystems, is part of the day to day work. Translating regulatory and operational constraints into clear technical specifications for teams supports accurate execution. Negotiating commercial terms and support models follows the establishment of technical alignment and trust.
Required Profile
Candidates bring three to five years of experience selling enterprise software in international markets. A demonstrated track record in banking, financial services and insurance, telecom, retail, energy, or automotive segments is essential. Effective communication in Romanian is necessary for local stakeholder discussions, while English fluency is required for global coordination. Understanding consultative selling methods is mandatory, along with the ability to manage complex, multi stakeholder buying processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Cloud, test automation, and business process platforms is advantageous. Familiarity with end to end solution selling in regulated environments adds further value. Capability to operate independently while coordinating across distributed delivery teams is expected.
