What you'll do
Execute the design, configuration, and delivery of Dynamics 365 components in alignment with Solution Architect directives.
Construct precise data structures and custom entities that reflect intricate business requirements and support operational workflows.
Translate complex business rules into robust system logic during the configuration phase to ensure intended behavior.
Coordinate regular validation checkpoints with the Solution Architect to confirm solution integrity and adherence to architectural standards.
Prepare and manage deployment packages that facilitate the smooth transition of features from development through testing and into production.
Collaborate closely with partner teams to align customizations with specific operational needs and provide dedicated support where required.
Implement incremental changes to preserve system stability and ensure every modification is traceable and meticulously documented.
Organize comprehensive handover documentation to empower the operations team to effectively manage and maintain system extensions after delivery.
Conduct rigorous testing of integrations between various CRM modules to identify and flag potential risks prior to any rollout.
Utilize analytical skills to interpret requirements and convert them into technical specifications that guide the development lifecycle.
Perform unit testing and validation to confirm that solutions meet functional requirements and perform optimally within the live environment.
Support the optimization of existing processes by identifying bottlenecks and proposing configuration or customization improvements.
Maintain detailed records of configurations and customizations to ensure transparency and ease of future modifications.
Act as a technical advisor to the internal CRM team, providing guidance on best practices and platform capabilities.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a proven track record of developing solutions using the Dynamics 365 platform with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience.
It is mandatory that the developer has deep experience in shaping solutions within the CRM system, understanding the technical implications of every configuration decision.
Applicants must fully comprehend how system changes directly impact reporting outputs and end-user workflows to avoid operational disruption.
All communication regarding requirements and technical details must be conducted fluently in English to ensure clarity and precision.
The candidate must be capable of working independently and as part of a distributed team, managing time effectively in a remote setting.
A strong understanding of CRM security models, field-level security, and role-based access is required to implement compliant solutions.
Experience with Power Platform components, including Power Automate and Power Apps, is essential for extending Dynamics 365 functionality.
The developer must have a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and resolve them efficiently in a production environment.

While not mandatory, the ability to communicate in German is an optional but significant advantage for facilitating onsite sessions and workshops with local stakeholders.
