Senior Manager, Product Marketing
Job description
About the role
This role defines and drives market narratives for two of PubMatic's fastest-growing domains: commerce media and data partnerships. You will own the strategy and execution that turns complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling stories. Your work will guide demand for curated supply while ensuring internal teams can confidently position these offerings. This is a strategic, builder-oriented position at the center of PubMatic's most critical growth initiatives.
The role is based in New York, US, and operates during US East Standard Time business hours. The target annual compensation range is 160,000 USD to 200,000 USD.
What you will do
You will design intake workflows that transform raw partner signals into structured product narratives. This ensures new capabilities are grounded in market reality from the outset. You will build go-to-market playbooks that align sales, content, and product teams around a shared understanding of data stories and value propositions.
You will review all launch assets to confirm positioning accuracy before any market exposure. This diligence ensures that messaging is consistent, compelling, and free of ambiguity. You will ship enablement materials designed to help teams activate campaigns faster and with greater confidence.
You will partner closely with product teams to shape roadmaps, using direct buyer and competitor intelligence to prioritize features and improvements. You will orchestrate demand acceleration through targeted content and thought leadership programs that build authority in your focus areas.
You will champion PubMatic's curation capabilities as a performance-driven choice for sophisticated buyers. You will also own measurement frameworks that track adoption, engagement, and impact across all segments and initiatives.
Who you are
You have deep fluency in commerce media, including retail media, shoppable formats, and closed-loop measurement. You understand how these models intersect with broader advertising goals to drive performance for both buyers and publishers.
You know the programmatic stack inside and out, with expertise in SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, and data marketplaces. You understand how signal quality, supply curation, and audience activation translate into measurable outcomes.
You bring fluency in data partnerships and ecosystems, including the integration of signals that drive real-world performance. You can define how PubMatic communicates the depth and quality of these integrations to buyers and partners.
You have a proven ability to evangelize differentiated supply approaches that appeal to strategic, high-value buyers. You can build repeatable launch processes for integrations and new capability announcements, ensuring consistency and quality every time.
You operate effectively in scrappy environments, delivering results under high expectations even when resources are finite. You bring partner, buyer, and competitive intelligence back into product discussions, directly influencing roadmap priorities.
You communicate with confidence and clarity to sales and partner success teams, helping them articulate value creation in specific use cases. You establish narratives that resonate across markets and buyer segments, making complex ideas simple and persuasive.
Why this role matters
This position sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, translating market signals into action. You will define how PubMatic's capabilities in commerce media, data partnerships, and curation are understood and valued. Your work will directly shape adoption, engagement, and long-term category leadership.
