About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Website Strategy to transform our website into a high-performance, revenue-generating engine built for modern B2B buying in the AdTech space. This is not a maintenance role. You will own the full website lifecycle across strategy, experimentation, personalization, and measurement, with direct accountability to pipeline outcomes. Success in this role requires a modern command of AI-era search optimization (AEO/GEO), intent-based personalization, and signal-driven conversion suited to the complexity of programmatic advertising buyers. You will partner closely with revenue teams to align digital experiences with deal velocity and stakeholder expectations.

What You'll Do
Define and own the end-to-end website strategy aligned to pipeline goals and key buyer journeys in the programmatic advertising market. This includes establishing a clear strategic vision that connects digital presence to measurable business outcomes and revenue influence.
Architect and govern the content and experience framework that supports demand generation, partner solutions, and product education for diverse buyer roles. This involves creating structures that ensure messaging consistency while enabling personalization at scale.
Lead experimentation and personalization programs that leverage AI-driven insights to optimize engagement, opportunity creation, and conversion across high-value segments. You will test hypotheses and iterate based on data to improve user experience and business results.
Partner with sales and solutions teams to integrate buyer signals and intelligence into the web experience, shortening sales cycles and improving win rates. This collaboration ensures the website reflects real-world buying dynamics and customer feedback.
Establish measurement frameworks and dashboards that connect digital interactions to pipeline and revenue outcomes, enabling data-driven decisions. You will define success metrics and monitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Champion SEO for the AI era, including AEO and GEO practices, to ensure discoverability and relevance in evolving search and agentic environments. This requires staying current with search technology trends and implementing optimization strategies.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize roadmap initiatives that balance user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility. You will translate business requirements into digital experiences.
Champion accessibility, performance, and privacy best practices to ensure resilient and compliant digital experiences. This includes adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
Bring 8+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy, demand generation, or web leadership within B2B or AdTech environments. This background should include hands-on responsibility for digital strategy execution.
Demonstrate a proven track record of owning complex website transformations that drive measurable business outcomes. You should be able to show examples where your strategy led to improved performance.
Possess deep expertise in conversion optimization, audience segmentation, and data-informed decision making. This includes experience with testing methodologies and analytical approaches.
Showcase experience with SEO, AEO, and performance marketing in regulated or enterprise contexts. This requires understanding of how search behaviors are changing with AI.
Exhibit strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, product, legal, and finance. You must work effectively with diverse teams and perspectives.
Display comfort working with ambiguous problems and delivering actionable recommendations in fast-paced, matrixed organizations. This includes navigating complex decision-making environments.
Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, creative execution, and business impact in digital channels. This provides evidence of your capabilities and results.
Commit to ethical data use and compliance with privacy regulations relevant to global audiences. You must understand data governance principles and regulatory requirements.
Nice to Have
Preferred experience with programmatic advertising platforms, martech stacks, or identity solutions. This experience would help you understand the specific technical environment.
Background in SaaS or technology go-to-market motions with multi-year deal complexity. This includes familiarity with long sales cycles and enterprise purchasing processes.
