<p>Property Management Associates is growing and looking for a Portfolio Manager with experience in Multi-Family Property Management to join our team and grow in a dynamic and exciting place to work <strong>that values its employees</strong>.</p> <p><strong>
Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>$100,0000-$105,000/ year</li> <li>Monthly Auto Allowance- $600/month</li> <li>Phone allowance.: $75.00/month</li> <li>Annual performance bonus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Functions include a deep understanding of property operations, financial aspects of multi-family property management, property maintenance and vendor management, property marketing and property leasing, team development, employee supervision, and motivation.</strong></p> <p><strong>Job Requirements</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Education - B.A/B.S.
