What you'll do
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Phigenics' business objectives, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all platforms.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to create integrated marketing communications that support overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
- Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring that all marketing materials, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media content, are produced and distributed consistently.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance marketing efforts and expand outreach capabilities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to measure success and identify areas for enhancement.
- Lead the development of internal and external communications, ensuring that messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with Phigenics' brand values.
- Organize and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote Phigenics' products and services, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
- Provide training and support to team members on marketing tools and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep Phigenics at the forefront of marketing excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations or communications, preferably within the technology or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and projects from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing strategies, including SEO and content marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Skills & tools
